Core working principle
1. Heating and softening: Plastic sheets (such as PVC, PET, PP, etc.) are evenly heated to a viscoelastic state (softened but not melted) through an electric heating furnace.
2. Servo driven positioning: The servo motor accurately controls film feeding, clamping, mold lifting/moving and other actions, achieving ±0.1mm level positioning accuracy and smooth start and stop, reducing mechanical impact.
3. Vacuum adsorption molding: Seal the mold and evacuate it, and use the atmospheric pressure difference to press the softened sheet into the mold cavity; some models support positive pressure assistance or dual vacuum staged adsorption to improve thickness distribution.
4. Cooling and demoulding: After passing the cooling water to finalize the shape, the servo system controls the mold opening and ejection mechanism to complete the demoulding. The whole process is controlled by PLC closed-loop to control the temperature, pressure and timing.
